R.J. Zavoral and Sons, Inc. has been involved in every construction phase of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers East Grand Forks levee system, and also with the second phase in the Grand Forks levee system. As a prime contractor or a subcontractor, we have what it takes to meet the standards of the U.S. Army corp of Engineers. Along with the major flood protection we have also built several ring dikes for area home owners.
